J! Research Component for Joomla! 1.5.xJ!Research is a component for Joomla!™ 1.5 which allows for management of research-related work such as; publications, projects, and theses categorized by research area. The extension is oriented to University researchers and research departments which utilize or plan to adopt Joomla! as their content management system for publishing research.

Road Map

Development of the J!Research component, will go beyond GSoC 2008. The planned road map currently JResearch Control Panel for 1.1includes the following:

  • Chicago and Vancouver Citation Styles (v1.1)
  • Teams, Cooperations, Facilities, and Financiers management
  • Multi-Lingual Support (JoomFish Integration) (v1.2)
  • Filtering in admin backend - Staff, Facilities, and Theses.
